In Yabin's vision, everyone was full of color and had the ability to reflect those colors into the earth, creating Love and Happiness for everyone to see!
“The bright colors you share are a divine spectacle of beauty and love, mirroring the true nature of your heart’s center. I wish for you to spread your vibrant petals wide. Reflect into the world all of the beautiful colors you are.”
Yabin wanted to have an event surrounding this idea. He partnered with Fashion Stars For A Cause and The Brit Rose Boutique.
The lively event took place in the early evening on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Brit Rose in Dallas, a family-owned fashion boutique that also operates as a mental health non-profit organization. Shoppers will enjoy an open bar, catering by Chef Richard, Inc., music, two hours of the finest fashions, meet the LOVE shirt designer, Andre Yabin and receive a personal LOVE card signed by the designer with every purchase. Attendees were asked to wear their most fun brightest colors.
The Brit Rose Boutique
The Brit Rose boutique and charitable foundation were founded Tori Serpa after the tragic suicide of her daughter Brit. In their work to raise awareness, spread love, reduce stigma and give hope, the Serpa family have married their twin passions of community activism and fashion. Funds raised at the Sip and Shop event will be donated to the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas which provides a vital 24-hour crisis line, education and training programs, and much needed support for those who have lost someone to suicide.
